The Hanger Foundation awarded $150,000 in Empowerment Grants to 36 nonprofit organizations focused on providing programs and support to military veterans across the country.
“Since its founding, the Hanger Foundation has proudly awarded grants to organizations dedicated to serving veterans,” said Rachel Kubicki, executive director. “Through our giving strategy, we’ve prioritized key areas within the orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) community where we can create meaningful, lasting change for individuals living with limb loss and limb difference. Supporting veteran-focused organizations remains a cornerstone of our work.”
