Job Description
Location: Hicksville, NY (Flagship) → Burlington, MA (Directorship)
Experience Level: 3–5+ Years Post-Certification
The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and patient-focused ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) who prioritizes long-term clinical mastery and professional stability to lead clinical operations in a boutique setting dedicated to delivering world-class, comprehensive patient care. This is not a standard clinical vacancy, but a unique, multi-year strategic partnership designed for a clinician who wishes to perfect their craft and ascend into an executive clinical management role—combining clinical excellence with leadership, innovation, and long-term growth, including potential proprietorship.
The successful candidate will join our New York headquarters to deeply integrate with our flagship protocols and boutique patient care model before permanently relocating to lead and grow our established Boston location.
Compensation: The employer offers a salary range of $100,000–plus, with placement within the range determined by each candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit.
The Vision: A Path to Directorship
We believe that the best leaders are the “clinical heartbeat” of an organization. This role offers a contractually defined roadmap to leadership:
- Phase I: Mastery (Years 1–2 | NY): You will refine your clinical art, mastering our ASAP clinical style and advanced workflows. This is a period of deep immersion in our “standard of care.”
- Phase II: Operational Mentorship (Years 3–4 | NYC): While maintaining clinical excellence, your focus will expand to the business of P&O. You will engage in insurance and billing strategy, referral management, and begin quarterly “sprints” in our Boston office.
- Phase III: The Transition (Year 5 | NY & Boston): As you prepare for independence, you will increase your presence in Boston to bi-monthly rotations, building the professional network required to lead the New England market.
- Phase IV: Boston Directorship (Year 6+): Permanent relocation to Boston to assume full P&O responsibility and operational oversight of the branch.
The Ideal Profile
- Clinically Driven: A CPO who values a “patient-first” boutique approach and wants to elevate their outcomes to a premier level.
- The Long-Term Partner: A clinician looking for a “forever” clinic and a guaranteed path to a leadership role and potential proprietorship.
- Geographically Flexible: You appreciate the energy of the NY clinical market today, with a clear vision of your future leadership in the Boston community.
Candidate Requirements
- Certification: Current ABC Certification in Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of post-certification clinical experience.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to a 5-year tenure in NY prior to relocation to MA.
What We Offer

- Performance-based incentives
- Sweat equity opportunity with an incentivized retirement structure
- 401(k) with employer matching
- Comprehensive health insurance
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
- Continuing education credits and professional development support
