Fort Smith, Arkansas 

Horton’s Orthotics & Prosthetics is looking for an Arkansas state-licensed and/or ABC-certified practitioner to lead our Fort Smith clinic. 

We’re looking for the kind of clinician who takes pride in patient care, communicates well, and is committed to great outcomes knowing it comes from both clinical knowledge and the way patients are treated. You listen first, explain clearly, follow through, and care about helping people regain mobility, confidence, and independence. 

You are confident managing a clinic, working with referral sources, supporting staff, and flexible when the day changes. You make sound clinical decisions, document well, and participate in a team approach culture that strives for positive patient outcomes.   

Horton’s is an established, Arkansas-based O&P company with multiple clinics, experienced administrative support, a full fabrication lab, technical support, and a team of practitioners who work together. Our support staff also includes a Physical Therapist (DPT) and a Registered Nurse (RN) with orthopedic experience, giving our clinicians additional resources for patient care, outcomes, skin checks, wound concerns, and complex case collaboration.
