Job Description:
We seek a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist within our Manufacturing Division. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. As a vital team member, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and contributing to our mission of positively impacting lives through innovative healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and route calls to the appropriate team member
- Help answer customer questions
- Communicate with customers via various channels
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Backup shipping and packaging
- Help with trade show follow-up
- General office duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Additional Information:
Experience in the Orthotic and Prosthetic field is not required but is considered a plus. Candidates with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to positively impact people’s lives are encouraged to apply.
