Position: Implementation Specialist – O&P and CRT Software Platform

Location: Remote – USA.  If in the Columbus, OH area, Hybrid schedule would be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Specialist at Nymbl, specializing in our CRT & O&P software platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful customer onboarding and training.  Your primary responsibilities include:

 

Customer Implementation & Project Ownership

  • Manage a portfolio of 10+ concurrent customer implementations, guiding organizations through their transition from legacy systems to Nymbl
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) throughout implementation, providing timely support, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Partner with customers of varying sizes and complexities to understand their business operations and align them with Nymbl best practices

 

Workflow Design & Optimization

  • Analyze and translate customer business processes into optimized workflows within Nymbl
  • Provide consultative guidance on efficient system configuration, including user roles, communication processes, and operational workflows
  • Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies to improve overall customer performance and software utilization

 

Data Migration & System Accuracy

  • Support and execute data migration efforts to ensure accurate and complete transfer of data from legacy systems into Nymbl
  • Validate migrated data and troubleshoot discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and customers

 

Training, Enablement & LMS Contributions

  • Deliver hands-on, role-based training sessions tailored to customer workflows and organizational structure
  • Translate complex business practices into clear, actionable training to maximize user adoption
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation to support ongoing learning
  • Partner with the Training & Implementation team to create, enhance, and maintain LMS (Nymbl Academy) content, ensuring scalable and repeatable training resources
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of LMS courses, learning paths, and enablement materials based on customer feedback and implementation insights

 

Product Expertise & Advisory

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Nymbl and the industries we support
  • Provide customers with best practices, feature education, and strategic recommendations to drive adoption and long-term success
  • Stay up to date on product enhancements and communicate relevant updates to customers

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to influence product development and enhancements
  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving implementation processes, tools, and resources

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Health Informatics, O&P, Healthcare, Business, Communications, etc.).
  2. Strong project management skills, ensuring timely and successful customer onboarding.
  3. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on software implementation and training.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  5. Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable training and implementation plans.
  6. Willingness to travel for on-site customer training sessions, workflow discovery or go live support.  Travel is dependent on the needs of our customers and can fluctuate depending on customer contracts.

 

Preferred:

  1. The ideal candidate would have expertise in the Complex Rehab Technology space. Please feel free to also apply if you have experience within O&P or DME.
  2. Extra bonus points if you have experience within Nymbl Systems.
