About the Role
EAS is hiring two part-time Market Development Representatives to help build relationships and open doors within the O&P community. This is not a generic Sales Development role. We are looking for people who already understand the O&P ecosystem and know how to connect with clinic owners, clinicians, lab leaders, and digital workflow decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage outreach to O&P clinics and ecosystem contacts in your local market
- Set qualified meetings with clinic and business leaders
- Identify strong-fit prospects, especially digital and growth-oriented clinics
- Represent EAS professionally in the field, by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Track outreach, conversations, and next steps clearly and consistently
- Share market feedback and competitive insight with leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Strong connection to the O&P ecosystem in Boston New York or Philadelphia
- Experience in O&P, central fabrication, clinic operations, vendor sales, or related field-facing roles
- Confident communicator with strong follow-through
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with light CRM/admin discipline
- Able to open warm and cold conversations with credibility
- Interest in additive manufacturing, digital workflows, or modern fabrication is a plus
