ASAProsthetics is looking for an experienced administrative staff member to join our Houston team. Join an established family & veteran owned company with a successful history of providing the highest quality prosthetic care to amputees.
Responsibilities:
- Insurance verification / initiate insurance prior authorizations.
- Prepare & submit claims to insurance companies.
- Answer phone calls / schedule patient appointments.
- Assist with practitioner/clinician schedule & patient paperwork.
Ideal candidates:
- Experience in the prosthetic/orthotic field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong data entry / computer skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance plans / prior authorizations / insurance verification.
- Dependable & punctual.

Full Time position. Monday – Friday Schedule with no weekend or on-call hours.
