ASAProsthetics is looking for an experienced administrative staff member to join our Houston team.  Join an established family & veteran owned company with a successful history of providing the highest quality prosthetic care to amputees.

Responsibilities:

  • Insurance verification / initiate insurance prior authorizations.
  • Prepare & submit claims to insurance companies.
  • Answer phone calls / schedule patient appointments.
  • Assist with practitioner/clinician schedule & patient paperwork.

 

Ideal candidates:

  • Experience in the prosthetic/orthotic field.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong data entry / computer skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance plans / prior authorizations / insurance verification.
  • Dependable & punctual.

Full Time position.  Monday – Friday Schedule with no weekend or on-call hours.
