Upstate Prosthetics is a locally and independently owned and operated clinic in Greenville, SC. We take pride in serving our community with personalized, high-quality care. We are seeking a skilled Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you will fabricate, maintain, and repair custom orthotic braces and prosthetic limbs to directly improve our patients’ mobility and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom orthoses and prostheses using plastic, metal, carbon fiber, and leather.
• Modify, repair, and adjust existing patient devices based on clinical instructions.
• Operate lab equipment safely, including carvers, grinders, sanders, and specialized ovens.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians to ensure devices meet exact specifications.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Experience: Two or more years of hands-on O&P lab experience is highly preferred.
• Certification: ABC or BOC Technician certification is a strong plus.
• Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
