Job Description
We’re a small, patient-focused orthotic and prosthetic lab in western Washington looking for a technician who wants meaningful work and a good life outside the shop. You work hard, take pride in your craft, and understand that getting devices done on time matters as much as making them look good. You’re comfortable taking direction from multiple clinicians, adapting when priorities change, and solving problems with the tools on hand. Equipment care and maintenance are part of the job. We value a no-drama, team-first culture—do your work, treat people right, and go home proud. We’re located in a close-knit community near a major city, with access to pro sports, concerts, great food, and outdoor activities like mountains, water, and trails. Longterm growth into an O&P Assistant role is possible, with training and certification paid.
