Competitive Compensation:
· CPO: Starting at $106,300+ annually, commensurate with experience.
· Fabrication Coordinator and Technician: Starting at $28.93+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Position 1: Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO)- Full Time
As a CPO on our team, you will be the clinical cornerstone of our patients’ journeys. You’ll leverage your expertise to provide the highest level of care, from initial consultation to final fitting and follow-up. You are the trusted expert who ensures patient success and collaborates across disciplines to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What Your Impact Will Be:
· Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including scanning, casting, and measuring.
· Design and fit prefabricated and custom prosthetic and orthotic devices with precision and care.
· Manage the entire patient lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
· Serve as a key consultant to physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare partners.
· Stay current with the latest advancements in P&O technology and clinical techniques.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):
· Education: Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (or equivalent).
· Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CPO.
· Licensure/Certification: Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) and a New Jersey P&O License (or eligibility to obtain one).
· Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep sense of empathy and a patient-first mindset. Strong technical, problem-solving, and patient management abilities are essential. Proficient computer skills. Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
· Other: Valid Driver’s License.
Position 2: Fabrication Coordinator and Tech- Full Time
As our Fabrication Coordinator & Technician, you are a master craftsperson and operational leader at the heart of our practice. This role is perfect for a hands-on, experienced technician who values precision, quality, and teamwork. You will oversee all lab operations, ensuring our devices are fabricated to the highest standards of excellence.
What Your Impact Will Be:
· Lead and contribute to daily lab operations, managing technician workflows and production schedules.
· Fabricate and repair a wide range of high-quality prosthetic and orthotic devices.
· Oversee quality control processes to ensure every device meets our standards.
· Train and mentor team members on advanced fabrication techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
· Perform lab inventory, end-to-end logistics, and equipment maintenance.
· Collaborate with clinicians to optimize device design.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):
· Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on fabrication experience in prosthetics and orthotics.
· Expertise: Extensive knowledge of P&O materials, machinery, and advanced fabrication techniques.
· Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, manage workflows, and foster a culture of quality and safety.
· Skills: Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer skills.
· Education: High School diploma or GED required; ABC technician certification a plus.
· Other: Valid Driver’s License.
