Salary: $150,000–$170,000 + Revenue-Sharing + 4-Day Work Week Option

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of clinical experience providing advanced prosthetic and orthotic care
- ABC-certified CPO in good standing
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in O&P (Master’s preferred)
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust with patients, physicians, and teammates
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver excellent outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership, ownership, initiative, and ability to mentor others
- Strong digital skills — we operate in a tech-forward environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A passion for innovation, servant leadership, and whole-person care
Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence (Excellence + Integrity)
- Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Design, fit, align, and deliver custom prosthetic/orthotic devices
- Oversee clinical outcomes with precision, compassion, and evidence-based care
- Perform fittings, static/dynamic alignments, and post-operative protocols
- Provide complete documentation and support staff in compliance requirements
- Maintain professional certifications and continuing education
Leadership & Mentorship (Growth + Greater Good)
- Mentor junior clinicians, residents, and technicians
- Participate in internal training, clinical meetings, and process improvement
- Represent Wheeler O&P in collaborative meetings with physicians, PT/OT, and hospital systems
- Help strengthen our presence within hospitals, rehab centers, and referral networks
- Step into leadership opportunities as we expand our clinics and service lines
Teamwork & Culture (Grit + Integrity)
- Work collaboratively with fabrication, admin, and clinical teammates
- Participate in brainstorming, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Take ownership of challenging cases; step in when teammates need additional support
- Occasionally travel between our Phoenix, Chandler, and partner locations

- Educate patients on device use and care
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, empathy, and follow-through
- Deliver care that restores mobility, confidence, and hope
