Columbus Business First, a Columbus, Ohio-based newspaper has named Ohio Willow Wood, Mt. Sterling, Ohio, as one of the top 50 workplaces in the central Ohio region. The award was presented November 10 and accepted by a team of Ohio Willow Wood representatives.
The newspaper’s annual “Best Places to Work” survey focuses on employee moral, engagement, and retention for micro, small, medium, and large companies. The survey focused on workplace issues such as internal communications, employee benefits and perks, trust in company leadership, and reliability and unity of department staffs. Medium-sized companies were defined as having 100-499 employees.
Ohio Willow Wood was ranked as one of the top 10 medium-sized companies to work for in the region.
