The Pedorthic Footcare Association (PFA) has issued a call for abstracts for its 54th Annual Symposium & Exhibition to be held October 31 through November 2, 2013, at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and Hynes Convention Center, Boston, Massachusetts. PFA membership is not a prerequisite for submissions. The submission deadline is February 28.
The PFA is seeking presentations that address topics in diabetes, sports medicine, general pedorthics, and geriatrics. All abstracts will be reviewed by the PFA’s Council on Pedorthic Education (COPE), and priority will be given to presentations that encourage and support substantial interaction between participants. Further, accepted abstracts may be combined with related ones to form panels. Accepted presenters will be notified by April 1.
If accepted, sessions may be published in Current Pedorthics and/or PFA Online, but publication is not guaranteed.
