Scheck & Siress, headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, has acquired American Limb and Orthotic Center, Chicago, Illinois. Helmuth Fliess opened American Limb in the 1940s, and later sold it to his son Norbert Fliess, CP, CFO, prior to its purchase by Teresa Thorpe, CO, in 2001.
