We are dealing with Insurance requesting our invoice. We are having the
office debate over what right does an insurance have to our invoices. This
insurance gave prior approval for the code, justification and price. Now
after the delivery of it they are wanting our invoice.
Do we have grounds to say “no you have no right to see my invoice” or ” you
already approved the price prior to delivery”? Just curious how others
have handled this issue. And I will clarify it’s a L5999.
