Hello all, A question for my fellow Texans.
Last week we were notified the Performant was contracted with Superior Medicaid and they are auditing several pedi patients we have seen over the last two years. My questions: Have you dealt with these audits? How did it go? Any insight that might help.
This might be problematic as doctors often write Rx on physical therapist recommendations and Dr. chart notes will be inadequate. We received prior authorization for all patients prior to providing care.
