BK patient

Hi all,
I have an order to make a new BK for a Medicare patient who received a leg about 2 years ago from different provider in CA, but he gets open sores and skin breakdown by using it. His MD and wound doctor both documented & recommended the new leg.
I think Medicare pays once in a 5 years.
Based on your experience what would be the chance to get paid for a new BK leg within 2 years with documents noted that patient is not able to use the current leg?
