Does anyone have a guideline regarding what AMBULATORY means according to CMS? I have received many different terms or definitions. I run into this quite a bit when we manufacture and fit custom molded AFOs. I have not come across a rock solid answer when the question of “what they define as ambulatoryâ€. If there is an obvious answer that I have missed, I apologize in advance. I’m attempting to settle a long standing complication in my practice. Stay safe and THANK YOU. I will post responses.
