We delivered 2 upper extremity fracture orthosis socks (L3995) in 2016.
Just received a RAC audit that says this exceeds the RUL of 5 years.

The date approved for this reference issue is 4/2/19. Does anyone have a
reference to the RUL limit issue in effect in 2016? Did it really
include socks in the 5-year RUL limit in 2016? I don’t know if they are
applying a new RUL limit to an old claim. Socks are consumables, so a
RUL limit of 5 years doesn’t make sense.
