Adult scoliosis options

Hello everyone,

I have a client with adult scoliosis. She is 70+ years old. She is quite active and feels limited by her back pain. The apex of her curve is at L1. There is quite a substantial rotary component as well. I am wondering if there is a type of brace out there that any of you have had success with in treating this population?
