In addition, our NCOPE resident took time to do some research on this subject and came up with the following:
Feet:
* Kingsley KT1 or KT8 SACH foot- basic difference is the amount of heel rise in the foot. With this SACH foot it has integrated titanium pyramid that is bonded to the keel. (up to 500lbs.)
* TiMed
* TruLife Kinetic Foot- K2 foot rated for 365lbs, benefit is that it is low profile is build height is an issue
* Ottobock 1S10 titanium adaptor- flexible keel
* Ohio Willowwood Magnum Heavy Duty Foot- K3/K4 rated up to 350 for K1-K3 and 300lbs for K4. Could be an interesting talking point how they have different weights for different K-levels for bariatric patients!
* Ohio Willowwood Impulse Foot- rated up to 350lbs, K3/K4
* MAKstride ComfortStride- new competitor on the market I believe!! rated up to 500lbs, carbon fiber dynamic response. L-5980.

Our interest however was for the knee itself and it seems that the only K2 knee that would work under the Medicare functional level restriction would be the TiMed knee.
