Cosmetic finish options to TT prosthesis?

Good Day All,
Working with a lady whose husband wants “the most realistic finish to her leg possible”…including split toe at the great toe for sandal wear & the appearance of toe nails.  She is very thin & concerned about the added weight of spray-on skins.  I would like to be able to access components, if necessary,  without cutting & ruining a spray-on skin.  Thoughts & recommendations appreciated.  Not an insurance issue.
