Liners and sleeves

Hi all,
We had a BK patient that leg was delivered less than 7 months ago. He lives in Chicago but he was in CA at the delivery time. His mom called (he is about 30 y.o but is in jail now) and said that he lost liners, sleeves and all socks and needs new ones! They will pay out of pocket.
My question is if we need to have rx to provide liner, sleeve, or socks? Health insurance was BCBS (don’t know if he still has coverage)
