Hello all,
I need some information from amputees or facilities that have patients that wear MPC knees with Bluetooth who work for DOD in highly secured areas. I have an amputee that works for the DOD and they have major concerns about the Bluetooth in the prosthesis that he trialed. He is not allowed any Bluetooth devices in secure areas even though the knee he trialed has Bluetooth that can be turned off. How secure is the Bluetooth, can it be breached or hacked? I am also reaching out to the manufacturer to find out how vulnerable they are when turned off, how secure are they, and any vulnerabilities they have in highly secure Government facilities.
