Central fabrication

Hi all,
Hope everybody had a great week.
I am looking to get the structure scanner, need some info regarding the central fabrications who I would be able to order:
Foot orthotics, both diabetic and functional
AFOs
Knee braces
BKs, and AKs check socket

Which central fabrication(s) you recommend? Do I need to purchase software/app to be able to order?

Any help would be appreciated.
