Thank you colleagues for all of your responses to my original post copied below. The responses included many confirming the ability to glue-on Ossur seal rings to a locking liner using silicone adhesive. Also, the use of a Coyote proximal strap ladder lock and using an additional Lynn valve to assist with doffing were also recommended. There was also a plug the Coyote airtight lanyard lock.
Thanks again!

ORIGINAL POST
I have an experienced amputee client who has been on a seal in system for some time. He is able to manage it well but has atrophied / lost weight and now things are falling off. He is developing Alzheimer’s Dementia and so this next socket will need to be more “dummy proofâ€. He wants something more “reliable†than the seal in, although of course, this is plenty reliable when it fits rights. I like the quality of suspension with an air suction system, so I am looking for experience with pin + air systems. I’m thinking. Locking liner, Coyote air lock, and glue on ESP rings? Anybody have similar ideas or experience?
