Greeting all,
Our company recently upgraded to a medical billing company to do our billing. We have had some issues which resulted in denials of our claims due to timely filing. These mistakes were the fault of the billing company. Their best offer to us is to remove their normal fees associated with these claims. This leaves us with no compensation on our original claims and lost profits.
May I ask how the list handles this type of situation.
