Hello All,
I had a request for a custom corset – Does anyone make these anymore? The person brought in their 90 year old Mother’s corset asking about a replacement. It may have been an Airway but there was no tag and this one had several lateral “bones” in it that I haven’t seen in Airway.
Any suggestions would be welcome – or has anyone had any luck with newer designs for treating this population? So far she has tried CampXXI but since it didn’t have lateral stays it didn’t work. I have not seen the patient but she is post-polio and her daughter says she collapses to one side and her ribs hit the iliac crest causing pain – that is why she needs the lateral bones.
