RGO for 4 year old with Ulrich Muscular Dystrophy

I am looking for advice on the best RGO system for a 4 year old with progressive Ulrich Muscular Dystrophy. He is still able to ambulate with AFOs, but quickly breaks them due to excessive knee hyperextension as a compensation to his lack of hip extensors. He has a g-button and weighs about 40 lbs. We are hoping to keep the system as low profile as possible. Thank you for your suggestions.
