Carbon AFO HELP

Missy Salmons

We are trying to fabricate an anterior shell AFO (toeoff style) but having
complications with fracturing at the strut and foot plate area. Any ideas
on layup to prevent stress fractures at the strut and foot plate meeting
area. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
