Body powerted thumb

Hello all

Does anyone still make a body powered thumb prosthesis? There used to
be one, I can’t find it anymore.
Patient has full thumb amputation through the MCP joint.
Getting him something decent failed due to insurance limitations.
Cosmesis is of concern along with function.
