Not so long ago, I posted a question about possible causes of black
stains in gel liners, a patient of mine was in. One being Medi and 2nd
one Ossur Dermosil liner.
Had many responses. Ones that made sense were – toxins/medications
coming out and permeating gel.
I think, one thing needs to be mentioned – man is life long concrete
worker. But anyway. I spoke with him an hour ago. NOW he told me that
he has “a lot of heavy metals in his body”. I’d say, that does make
sense, as in relationship to the black stains showing in the gel.
