P&O in Ukraine

Hi everyone,

I was approached by a colleague who wonders about Prosthetics and Orthotics Services available in Ukraine. Does anyone have any information regarding current practice there?
I realize there isn’t an ISPO recognized school, but are there clinicians providing PO service? If so, where are they trained?
Are NGOs providing services at all or are there private or governmental clinics?
