488lb A/K amputee

Tod Norton

I am fitting a 488 pound transfemoral amputee with a med/shrt residual limb. I am considering a traditional suction fit with a Silesian belt or a custom liner with a lanyard (if it is even an option). She is able to hop approximately 10 feet on one leg, with a walker.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
