Birthday Question!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIST!!!

That being said I do have a question for those who have trod this weary path before me.
I have a client who has lost his remote control for his microprocessor knee unit. He is one of the not so common patients who uses it almost daily for cycling and he is misses it sorely.
So, those of you have been in my shoes and had to bill this item what path did you choose to do so? Important follow up question: were you successful?
