Has anyone in the state of Florida dealt with Care Centrix for a Transtibial
prosthesis with Lcode L5781. Blue Cross is the carrier, but they have Care
Centrix handling the prosthetics claims. Patient wearing an elevated vacuum
socket for 10 years now, and Care Centrix is stating that the Elevated
vacuum is not an allowed item. Locking liner is not an option, nor any
possibility of pistoning movement.
