Hello fellow practioners

Neal Collins

I have not been able to get a clear answer as to whether a chapter 7 or chapter 11 bankruptcy would cause a company to lose their Medicare provider status or whether a individual would be able to get a new provider number after a chapter 7. Any help out there?
