There are few diagnoses in orthotics and prosthetics as well researched and documented as adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). It has been more than a decade since the Academy conducted the State of the Science Consensus Conference (SSC) on orthotic treatment of idiopathic scoliosis. This program will revisit pertinent clinical concepts, new interventions, and evidence made available since the SSC.
This One-Day Seminar, held minutes from Chicago O’Hare Airport, provides concentrated education and the opportunity to earn a Certificate for Professional Development that is required to attain or renew the prestigious Fellow of the Academy* designation.
