Eye opener

Carey Jinright

A quick point. I was pushed yesterday to send an invoice into one of our private insurance companies here in Alabama. This led me to go and pull my contract as a “preferred provider.” As I reviewed this contract it explicitly pointed out what was required in these cases of custom items that may require further description for adjudication. These points included, manufacturer’s name, model #, and MSRP not COST! They do not have any right to request our cost of any product!
