Orthotist in the philipines

We were contacted by a gal in the Philippines who is suffering from post
polio and is looking for an orthotist there to help her a right KAFO and
possible left AFO. If anyone know of someone it would be a big help for
her, we are working with her to see if we can help her with possible
prefabricated things but an onsite evaluation would obviously be better.
