Dear list,
I was contacted by a charity group that sponsors a 9 year old child living in Georgetown, Guyana who is in need of prosthetic care. From what I could gather, the child has a transtibial amputation, but the person on the phone was not perfectly certain.
I am seeking either a care provider in the area or any group that travels to the area to provide humanitarian aid to the region.
Any help that you can provide would be appreciated.
