I would be interested to see how many of you have stopped providing diabetic shoes because of the documentation (or lack of) from physicians? And, if it haven’t, what have you done to stop the hemorrhaging? We feel like we have been very proactive in education both the physicians and the patients and still can’t seem to get what we need in order to bill Medicare.
