there are a couple options that would be a comparable product to the
Alpha Flex Sleeve (TPE with fabric reinforcement):
– ESP (I had the most responses about this sleeve)
– Centri Absolute Sleeve by Fillauer
Other suggestions included:

– Otto Bock Gaitor
– Syncor LTD Sleeve
– Durasleeve
