I have a weak unilateral BK patinet who has had an increase in falls, especially since a recent lumbar surgery. He has knee instability and has used a thigh corest in the past. Now he is in a SC socket with pelite liner and suspension sleeve, Sure Flex foot. Has anyone had success or failure trying a KAFO stance control knee joint on a thigh corest, or at least posteior off set knee joint? Any other ideas or recomendations appreciated.
