Did you try Cascade under PTB or BK strap, Kingsley use to make these.
Try Fillauer
Fillauer offers the PTB. It can also be purchased through Cascade.
PEL has them available…
A few suggested Trulife but after calling them they no longer carry any
leather products, (their response) (Moooooo!)
Fillauer sent me a page out of their catalog, they were very helpful.
