Flexion Resistance knee Brace

I need a knee brace that provides some resistance in knee flexion for a
patient to wear skiing. I’m thinking that the DonJoy Fourcepoint with
adjustable extension resistance is perfect, but I need the resistance in
the other direction. I called to try and have something like this
fabricated but they wont make it in this orientation. Has anyone made
something like this? Know who would? or has joint recommendations?
