Colleagues, I am trying to find out if I dreamt this or not. This summer, was there not a ruling restricting RAC audits to 2 years from billing date? I remember something coming out about this from both AOPA and TAOP, at least I think I do. Anyone else remember this? I am not looking for the “official” rules from the entities that have been hired to steal from us. We have all of that. Thanks, Allen Dolberry CPO
