Camptocormia…look that one up!

Patient referred to me with the above diagnosis. I have never heard of it
before, but have seen similar presentations. Uses a walker at all times, is
literally flexed forward 90 degrees at the hip. He can “walk himself up the
wall” to be erect, sleeps completely flat, and can sit erect.
There are a couple references to bracing styles with a google search, but
they are incomplete articles.
Any thoughts on bracing for this presentation? His goals are set low…just
wants to see the world a bit better while walking!
