Responses: 4 hole pyramid adapter with threaded base

Inquiry: Anyone know who makes a 4 hole pyramid adapter with a threaded base? There is a one available that rotates, which I do not want. I prefer a one piece, stationary design.

The overwhelming response was BULLDOG TOOLS: Stainless male, P5-WH-SS, and Titanium P5-WH
