*Prosthetists, we need your help!*
Researchers at the University of Washington are looking for prosthetists
to participate in a survey about use of prosthetic liners in clinical
practice. We are developing tools and educational materials to inform
selection and use of prosthetic liners. To make these resources most
effective for prosthetists, we need information from you about how you
choose prosthetic liner products.
Our survey includes _28 questions_ and takes about _15 minutes_ to
complete.After you complete the survey, you can enter our drawing for
_one of ten $50 VISA gift cards_!
Prosthetists who meet the following criteria are eligible to take the
survey:
.You are at least 21 years of age;
.You can read, write, and understand English;
.You are eligible to provide prosthetic services in the United States or
Canada;
.You have at least 1 year experience providing prosthetic services to
persons with lower limb loss; and
.You are willing to complete an online survey about your experience
providing prosthetic liners to persons with lower limb loss
